Description

Transforming Business with the Internet (TBI) course emphasizes strategic and other high-value applications of internet technology, rather than the technology itself. Its unique focus explores how to apply the technologies of the Internet and World Wide Web to dramatically improve fundamental business processes and re-design traditional business functions to: improve quality; reduce cost; decrease cycle times; increase product or service value; and take advantage of new business opportunities.

The TBI course directly applies its own concepts, models, principles and tools to achieve a fundamentally collaborative and continuous learning experience for all participants including:

    executives
    middle managers
    project managers
    information management staff
    knowledge workers
    internet service providers
    consultants
